A&A Outdoor Services in Buffalo MN is Hiring Experienced Crew Members

Some of our seasonal guys are heading back to school in the next few weeks. That means we have a few spots opening up on our crew - and we're not just looking for warm bodies to fill them. We're looking for people who actually care about the work they do.

We're hiring experienced lawn care crew members and landscape crew members out of Buffalo, MN. Full-time, weekdays, starting mid-to-late August and running through the end of November. There's also potential for winter snow removal work and a return next season if it's a good fit on both ends.

Here's the honest truth about what we're looking for: someone who shows up on time, works hard without cutting corners, and takes pride in every property they touch. Whether it's installing edging, laying sod, setting rock beds, laying landscape fabric, or keeping up with a full lawn care route - the standard doesn't change job to job. We treat every property like it's our own, and we need people who think the same way.

What we offer in return is pretty straightforward - competitive pay based on your experience, consistent hours through a full fall schedule, and a team-first work environment where good work actually gets noticed.
